Teaching Business Ethics to International Students: Seventeen Years of Learning to See
For seventeen years, I taught organizational behaviour, business ethics, and diversity to predominantly international student populations at Thompson Rivers University. This page reflects on what that teaching taught me: about whose knowledge counts, about the limits of Western management curricula, and about the classroom as a site where structural conditions can be named.
